I am so over being alone. Four years is a long time. Gah.
New home!
So here I am, all moved in to my new place. Steph and I have had a crazy couple of days, and it feels great to finally be unpacked (sort of) and chilled out in our apartment. We played a a little bit of House of the Dead: Overkill after unpacking all our kitchen stuff, but were both too sleepy to play for long.

painting day #2
Painting the rest of the apartment tomorrow! Then moving day on Saturday… I really should pack at some point.
Will post photos when we’re done, and when the housewarming party is organised, any of my Melbourne-living or Melbourne-bound followers send me a message on here and I’ll give you the details! There will be bad dancing and tasty snacks, I’m sure.

In the battle between head versus heart, the heart...
The head can make sure that no action is ever taken, it can push down everything the heart is telling it and try to make it stop, but the heart wont stop. It keeps on feeling. And even if nothing ever happens, it still feels. Because of this, it always wins. Every time. No matter what.
This pisses me off immensely, because I have the sinking suspicion that my heart is a total fucking moron.

I’ve been reading about the Large Hadron Collider again. Who knew I would find particle physics so interesting? Not me, thats for sure.
I hope that when the scientists finally get through all the data and report on it I understand enough to comprehend what it means. I’m still trying to wrap my head around it all. Mass and time and space and magnetic fields and strangelets and dark...
I have two options right now
1. Start packing all my stuff into moving boxes.
2. Play video games.
