I wish $100 seemed a bit pricey for chucks, but sadly here in Australia we pay almost that much for the plain ones all the time. I’d expect to pay $200 for chucks this cool. We pay such obscenely inflated prices here. A pair of Chuck Taylor Hi Tops that costs $45 in the US is $90 here. The Sony headphones I bought a couple of weeks ago cost me $65, as apposed to $25. ps3 update is supposedly still downloading. this can’t possibly be normal. over four hours for a software update on a brand new console, suspiciously blank screen that shows no status bar, a non-functioning reset button and a green wlan light that is flickering as if it’s still doing something.
